"Fun live shows, but a bit of a rollercoaster"
I mainly went for the live entertainment, it had its moments of pure glory. A few acts were super fun and had the whole crowd fired up, which made the night feel exciting. But then a couple of performances were surprisingly short and kind of fell flat, like the energy just vanished into thin air. Overall, it was still a good night out, but for the price, I was definitely expecting a little more spectacle

"Scariest One in the Crowd"
I went in thinking I’d be fine, but these haunted houses actually got me. The sets were really well done, and judging by all the people around me jumping and screaming too, I definitely wasn’t the only one getting scared.

"Pretty solid deal if you’re into getting scared"
Tickets definitely aren’t cheap, like it’s not one of those places you go to without thinking about the price first, but we got a lot for what we paid. There were a bunch of scares, several mazes, creepy actors popping out, dark hallways, weird rooms, fog everywhere, loud noises, all that fun stuff. Some parts were better than others, but overall it felt worth it. The only downside was the lines were long, like waiting-for-a-ride-at-a-theme-park long, especially for the more popular mazes. Still, we had a good time and came out laughing, screaming, and talking about our favorite parts the whole way home.

Grabbing my tickets was super easy, and the price felt reasonable for the night. It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get once you’re inside, it felt worth it. I’d definitely do it again

"Cool merch, just need more sizes"
Overall, the merch selection was solid. I found some shirts, mugs, and a few horror-themed items I hadn’t come across in stores, which was a nice surprise. A few sizes were sold out, which was a little frustrating, but checkout was simple enough. I’d probably shop here again if they keep adding new stuff.

"Long waits but still a fun night"
The lines started getting long around 8, but a few actually moved faster than the posted wait times. Express passes probably would’ve helped, but we still ended up having a good night.

Went with my sister, she uses a wheelchair. didn’t know what to expect. But the team was really kind about it, helped us with the accessible lines, got us to seating without making it feel awkward or rushed. Little things, but they mattered. We were able to just enjoy the night.

"Just felt way too packed to enjoy"
We went on a Saturday, my gut reaction was that it was just too crowded to be worth it. The lines for the houses were ridiculous, and even walking around felt slow and cramped. We ended up doing way less than we expected unless we wanted to spend extra, which didn’t feel great. The event itself is cool, but the crowd level made the whole thing more stressful than fun...

"The sets felt weirdly real"
I kept getting distracted by how much detail was packed into everything. Like, I’d walk into a room expecting the scare, but then I’d notice some creepy little thing in the corner or on a shelf and totally forget where I was for a second. The houses felt insanely real this year. Even outside, it didn’t just feel like a walkway between spots — it still felt connected to the whole story somehow. The theming pulled me in fast, and I’m still thinking about a few of those rooms.

"Express Pass Was a Bit Pricey, but Really Helped"
The express pass was definitely on the expensive side, so I hesitated at first. But once we saw how long the regular lines were, I was really glad we got it. It saved us a ton of time and made the night way more enjoyable overall.

I thought the prices were reasonable. The drinks felt fairly priced, and the food was good enough to feel worth it. I’d say it’s a decent spot to check out if you’re looking for something that won’t feel overpriced
